Administrators invite teammates with a role; each invite redeems once to create a user. Users can manage their own profile, language and API token. User limits are enforced per subscription plan.
Every action - user actions, security actions, approvals & decisions, configuration changes, system events - is recorded in System Logs with the actor, role, source IP, tenant and result. Nothing is silently overwritten.
Open System Logs βPlans are priced per device per month with everything included: Basic $9.95/device (1β10 devices), Standard $7.95/device (11β1,000), Unlimited - any number of devices with custom pricing - please call. The Billing page shows your entitlements and usage vs. limits. Platform admins manage subscriptions, invoices and revenue in the admin console.

When you sign up, you choose your payment method during βGet startedβ, and after your workspace is created you're taken straight to secure checkout. Secrets are encrypted at rest and never logged. Microsoft credentials can be configured per tenant (Settings β Microsoft) or in the Configuration Centre. Sensitive remediation always requires approval, registry changes are never made automatically, and every automation supports dry-run and approval modes.
