What is this platform?
ProPera Online is a Microsoft security automation & AI security operations platform. It connects to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (the primary security engine), Defender XDR, vulnerability management, Secure Score, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, Graph, Teams and Intune - and adds cyber threat intelligence from official sources (CISA, NCSC, NVD, MSRC, ENISA) plus continuous compliance monitoring. It is designed for enterprise and government security operations teams.
The 10-step onboarding journey

Create your organisation
Your workspace name and profile - country, industry and attributes. This drives compliance geo-sensing (which frameworks apply).

Configure your subscription
Choose the plan for your device count. Every plan includes the full security feature set.

Configure integrations
Open the Configuration Centre - only the integrations your subscription requires are listed.

Test connections
Use Test Connection on each integration. Green = connected, yellow = configuration required, red = connection failed with a reason and fix.

Select countries
🇳🇿 New Zealand, 🇦🇺 Australia, 🇬🇧 United Kingdom… - country threat levels and advisories are prioritised for you.

Select industries
Healthcare, Government, Finance… - threats targeting your sectors are ranked higher.

Configure watchlists
Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Fortinet… - get alerted when a vulnerability affects a product you run.

Configure alerts
In-app, email, Teams/Slack or webhook channels for your alert rules.

Review the dashboard
System status, integration status, global threat level, active exploitation, threats relevant to you, and recent intelligence.

Understanding the dashboard

| Global threat level | Directional level from reported intelligence in the last 30 days. |
| Active exploitation | Vulnerabilities where credible sources report exploitation in the wild. |
| Threats relevant to you | Intelligence ranked by your country, industry and watchlist subscriptions. |
| Recent intelligence | The latest feed items with severity, freshness and source. |
